After watching the movie ‘Broken’, I was inspired to illustrate how the victims tried to escape from being hanged from a tree. The instructions were simple; they must rip open the stitched wound on their tummy and dig through their insides for the blade to cut the rope around their neck. Though they should be careful for they are made to stand on a piece of log tying horizontally on a another log standing vertically, like a letter ‘T’, an unstable letter ‘T’. One wrong move and they’re hanged to death.
